We also do Vehicle Body Repair & Commercial Vehicle Conversions for the automotive industry and are a member of the Vehicle Builders & Repairers Association; we also manufacture high integrity fuel tank systems, fire plan cabinets, sheet metal fabrications and other safety critical products for the Rail Industry, Metal Fabrication Industry and other valued customers.

Because we know your business depends on us, our engineers come to you. Once you’ve made the initial call we do the rest:

Liaising with your branch to make sure the vehicle is available, and to gain knowledge of the problem at hand
Fully preparing the engineer, checking their arrival times and keeping you updated
Arranging the delivery of any parts that are needed
Arranging any secondary visits that are needed
Managing any queries you might have with the work done or questions about our invoicing

Our knowledgeable call centre staff are available from 08:00am to 16:30pm five days a week, with a contracted call centre providing cover at all other times; managing our experienced engineers all over the UK.

Along with reactive work we also provide a maintenance program, attending to any vehicles or products that you may have fitted on a frequency determined by your company. This service helps us to spot any potential problems and deal with them before they affect your business.

Because we are a family company at heart we take pride in getting to know you and your business personally; adding that extra touch to the service you receive.

We have recently opened a superbly equipped Technology Centre and thus we are able to provide an extensive problem solving service to our customers new and old.

Our mobile and dynamic technology development team will be on hand to gather the information on the problem, analyse the data and suggest ways in which a solution may be implemented. This is not just for the security industry but includes related transport and general systems engineering projects.

The Engineering Department of the business is a multi-disciplined function producing a high level of engineering data for the batch production of a variety of security and other fabricated products.

Engineering consists of a team of mechanical, electrical & software engineers using the latest in systems technology to provide detailed & cost effective solutions to customer requirements.

State of the art 3D CAD modelling software is used to enable full visualisation of electro-mechanical assembly’s right through from the initial concept to the final design stage prior to release for manufacture.

Fabrication

Our Manufacturing facilities include Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, Press Brakes, Tube Bending, Tig and Mig, Shot Blasting, Wet Painting and Powder Coating.

Sheet Metal Fabrication, Tube Metal Fabrication, Specialist Cabinets & Enclosures are typical of a wide range of work undertaken by the company.

Among items which have been fabricated, finished and supplied are grabrails for railcar interiors and stainless steel panelling for platform edge screens.

We are involved in the production of over 20 different tank types with designs covering atmospheric, pressurised, vaccum and fuel.

ENGINEERING - FABRICATION - RAIL

T2000 (Smoke/Dye Container)

Cashbox Now established as an integral part of a cash-in-transit (CIT) system, the T2000 is designed to prevent the loss of cash/valuables in cross pavement incidents and is routinely used by the major CIT companies.

If a T2000 is successfully snatched away, a unique detonation system inside the container is activated from the host vehicle. The contents of the container are covered with dye and rendered useless. Simultaneously, non-toxic indelible smoke is emitted, staining anything in the immediate area - the thief, his clothes, and also the getaway vehicle.

T3001 (Liquid Ink Container)

T3000 A brand new Cross Pavement Transfer system that uses a unique Liquid Ink delivery system, securing the contents inside the box on activation and rendering it unusable. This eliminates the requirement for flares and smokes and makes the product much safer for the user and for the environment.
