Our Manufacturing facilities include Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, Press Brakes, Tube Bending, Tig and Mig Welding, Shot Blasting, Wet Painting in our purpose built on-site Spray Booth and Powder Coating. 
Sheet Metal Fabrication, this includes fabrication body and internal furniture panels for the Specialist Vehicle Conversion and Building Products available from Johnson Security Ltd, we also have the facility for Tube Metal Fabrication, Specialist Cabinets & Enclosures are typical of a wide range of work undertaken by the company.

For many years we have been providing full design and built plan for a growing number of customers associated with the rail industry, an excellent example of our diversification. 
Among items which have been fabricated, finished and supplied are grabrails for railcar interiors and stainless steel panelling for platform edge screens.
We have been involved in the Design and manufacture of over 20 different tank types with designs covering atmospheric, pressurised, vacuum and fuel for the Rail Industry since 1992 supplying over 1500 individual tanks.
